"This is a lovely and extremely well-located hotel with clean and modern rooms. There’s a safe, a great bathroom and a huge closet in the rooms. The staff could have been more friendly to me and I had to pay the 20 dollar charge twice, but overall, I would recommend this hotel - it’s safe, clean, and comfortable"

"Cleaning staff did not clean our room one day. We asked for new towels ... never arrived. Spa-pool use was not easy as we are not provided with bathrobes. All in all. The excellent breakfasts made our stay worthwhile."

"Nice hotel. The room was kind of tight but it worked for my daughter and I. There’s a great coffee place across the street. The hotel has a nice lounge area with chairs and a wonderful coffee machine. The room was very clean. We would come back when we return to SF"
