"We were looking for a week of pure relaxation and that’s exactly what we got! The house is beautiful. We took a couple of day trips (Playa Blanca and the cloud forest), but the highlight of our trip was lounging in the hammock, dipping in the pool and watching the cows walk by at twilight. Great spot if you are looking for a restful escape, or a more local experience. The owners also offer a variety of day trips if you are looking for more adventure!"

"La Tigra was a delightful experience, but one must be prepared to be somewhat isolated. After all, this is an eco-lodge--not a resort or even a hotel. The communication with Fabricio (property manager) was outstanding. He even offer us a huge list of things to do and always was kind and helpful for our questions.
