This is a very large luxury mountain villa/home with horizon pool, large landscaped property, only 15 minutes from San Ramon center, 45 minutes from the AirPort.
We are less than 1 hour drive from San José, 2 hours from volcanos(Arenal Volcano, Poás Volcano), near waterfalls, Mangrove forest, Rainforest, Ziplines, Nature Reserves, and more.

Excellent villa!

Great property with a pool. Location felt very secure and we had a blast visiting nearby towns and points of interest. We will definitely stay here again!

Just missed the mark

What we liked. 1) the View was Great. The pool was beautiful. 2) the owner was very responsive to all my inquiries. 3) the house was clean. 4) we liked the location. We were able to do day trips to different attractions. 5) the master bathroom was beautiful. We did enjoy our stay but we found a few things that did not meet the criteria of a five star rating. The dishwasher was broken. There were cupboard doors and drawers that were misaligned and difficult to open. The house sleeps 10 people but there was only 4 coffee cups and 2 wine glasses. There were sufficient plates. The drinking glasses were plastic and very worn. I was also put off with all of the seating in the dining areas being plastic lawn chairs. Finally, only 2 of the the mattresses were good quality. This place has such potential, but it's in the details that gets the 5 Stars.

The pics on VRBO do this place no justice. It looks amazing on the site but in person it’s even more spectacular. Communication with the owner was very fast and easy. He’s a great host.

Amazing view and great location!!!

We had such a wonderful stay! It was clean and had everything we needed. The communication was great and we received great directions which made it easy to find. The view is stunning. It's in the mountains so it looks down on Puntarenas and the ocean. It also is a bit cooler up there which is nice. The swim up bar at the pool is great as well. The place is very close to San Ramon which has all the shopping you need. And it's only a few hours from a bunch of activities like Fortuna and Jaco areas. There is also plenty to do nearby. Our family lives close by and we will hopefully stay again when we go back. Its a great place to stay!

This is a nice, large house in a quiet area. Not too close to the noise of town but not a long drive either. The host stayed in touch and responded to questions or concerns promptly. Would stay again!

We had a great experience! The home was stunning and the view was even more stunning. The hosts including Ana and Andres were very helpful and responsive. The house is a great jumping off point for many beautiful side trips including Arenal and Puntarenas. I would certainly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the San Ramón area. My only complaint which is out of the host’s control is the pool temperature. We were unable to enjoy the beautiful pool based on the water temperature. Otherwise a great stay.

Exceeded my expectations!

If you like mountains and outdoor vacations you will love this place. The view from the property is amazing, the house is at the top of the hill where you can see even the sea. The place has plenty of room and has all the thing you need if you want to cook. There are 3 bedrooms, with ten beds in total. The location is great because you can find many outdoor activities relatively close. We went horseback riding with my family and there were several parks with canopi, rafting and other activities. Also the weather is good, is cool during the day and a little bit cold at night. Andres was very responsive, he answer all my questions through whatsapp quickly and made sure that everything was ready for our arrival. So, I totally recommend this place, my family was very pleased and so was I.

Beautiful house with beautiful views!

We enjoyed this house in San Ramon. The house is beautifully kept and had all the amenities. Andres, the owner, was personally there to greet us and show us around the house. Since we did travel in the rainy season the weather wasn't warm enough to swim but we loved sitting by the pool during our down time. We loved watching the birds and butterflies! Everything was just as it was pictured! Thanks Andres!
