"This place is perfect! Clean, beautiful and wonderful location! It’s nearby the golf course, and very easy to get to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Francesco is always friendly and helpful. We had a very good time there and we definitely would come back again!"

"A wonderful cosy cottage near Kinross. The cottage was well equipped with very comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed meeting the owners who were very kind and friendly. Lots to see and do in the area. "We had a great time at this fabulous cottage. Perfectly situated near, but not in, the centre of Comrie and ideally a 1 minute walk to the best restaurant The Deil’s Kitchen. Beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped with every extra you could possibly need. Comfortable, warm, plenty of room and a really great kitchen. Even Storm Babet didn’t spoil our break though it did mean we didn’t use the lovely garden and seating area. The dog however loved it and as it is enclosed, was safe. Would...

"Lovely cottage in pretty town of Dunblane. Beautifully decorated throughout full of character. Comfy bed and great shower. Everything spotlessly clean. Highly recommended for stay in this beautiful part of Scotland."

"Lots of good things to say about this place. The history of it being a stable - charming. The smell of lavender planted near the entrance - charming. The sound of sheep bleating if you crack one of the many the windows - charming. Church and old cemetery next door - charming. Young deer visits daily just outside the dining/living area - charming. I docked one star on cleanliness because I found a pacifier under one of the beds and I know they allow dogs but the kitchen smelled like dog -less...

"Barn was lovely. Very clean had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Hosts were lovely and provided amazing welcome back for us. Location was lovely and peaceful. Lots DVD books games and blankets in the barn. Had lovely fire although weather was mild so we didnt need to use. Would highly recommend"

"Ideal location with charming village area nearby. Easy walk to local pub and to the water. Flat was spacious and well equipped; but could have used a bit more maintenance and some air freshener (near the sea, so a bit of a damp, musty smell). It was a bit farther from central Edinburg (~40 min) than I had expected; but the quaint village feel of the area was well worth the few extra minutes drive. All in all a nice place to support local sight seeing and day trips."

"Beautiful place, hosts are just lovely, so accommodating and friendly. Hot tub and pool are very relaxing with the best of views from the hot tub. Only downside is the road up but it's worth it"
