"Simply needed a hotel that had 24/7 check in and this was the only one. But luckily the hotel was fully booked on arrival at 0100 so got upgraded for free to a suite which was a lovely bonus! Didn’t get to stay long enough to say much more as had onward transport the next day. "

"Efficient friendly check in staff. Staying for an early start for a flight next morning so appreciated the wake up call service. Receptionist said they would come and knock on your door if you didn’t answer the phone. Which means you can get a good nights sleep with no worries. "

"Really good and convenient on the M11 - across from service station with good variety at the food court. Asda several miles away and retail complex within 20min drive."

"Beautiful hotel, clean and quiet considering it’s next to a train station. Food was superb, dinner was delicious despite the price and plenty of choice for breakfast. The only criticism I have would be the staff who were very polite and professional when spoken to however could have been more attentive. Had to ask for the bill 3 times after dinner and on check in at reception no information was given about hotel facilities, check out time, breakfast times etc. Great location can get train into Cambridge or drive from the hotel however parking is expensive in Cambridge and at the hotel (depending on your duration) so would have been nice to have free parking given the price paid for the room. Overall though very pleasant and comfortable stay. "

"Stayed for night at stanstead airport room was comfortable had everything we needed and breakfast was amazing we also used the shuttle service to the airport and back which was a fantastic service "
