We didn’t need to use the car all weekend. There are plenty of places to walk, including some lovely pubs serving great food. These we found from the visitors information provided. The train station was only a few minutes walk away with good links to other villages in the peaks etc. Would highly recommend and would love to return to...

"We have stayed at Broomedge cottages twice now, and have enjoyed it both times. It's well located in the Cheshire countryside in a quiet location, but with conveniences close by. You have a shop and a lovely pub just a couple of minutes walk away. The cottage itself is a great size for a family, with parking spaces just in front of the cottage. You have everything you need for a great family holiday. All you need is a car and you can get around the Cheshire countryside easily and to Manchester...
