Rivington National Park is also in walking distance and a dog is welcome to stay!

Had a great stay. Cosy and comfy. Renovated to a high standard. Had everything we needed. Secure area to let dog out. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. Only a few minutes walk to train station. Will definitely book again.

Absolutely brilliant

I was so pleased with the property. Every need was addressed and communication was excellent. It was ideally located for family history research! Close to the library and train station, and right in the heart of the village. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful cottage which was perfect for visiting family in Chorley and Bolton. We stayed at the beginning of December and it was decorated for Christmas which was a wonderful surprise when we arrived. Vicky was very friendly and quick to respond to questions ahead of arrival, Will definitely look to stay again next time I’m visiting family. The EV charger was also really helpful to have available when staying.

We had such a lovely stay at Adlington Cottage. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to restaurants and pubs. The home was equipped with everything you could want. Vicky was very quick to respond to messages and so very helpful. We will absolutely book to stay ere again. xx

Prima verblijf gehad met het gezin. Net huis met prima kamers. Gezellig ingericht en is schoon. Locatie is oke, alleen de drukke doorgaande weg is wat minder qua geluid maar zou geen reden zijn om niet meer langs te komen
