This is a smaller hotel, 1 block from the beach in Knokke and family run. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. They are very accommodating with special requests. "The staff are very friendly, the hotel room we stayed in was very outdated bathroom needed attention. The room it self needed some warms in decoration wise. Mattress quite old and uncomfortable. Facilities at the hotel are lovely, 2 ok size pools, for little ones and older ones :), lots of gams rooms, reasonably close to the beach, approx 10 min walk. For the prices it's sold would not stay, for the price we got in last minute deal, was ok. "

The other room had two twin beds pushed together with no AC. The location is GREAT! About 1 mile walking to the train station near the beach, and it cooled off so I could open the windows. It was an awesome place to stay for the W Festival ! "
