I stayed here with my mum and 10 year old. The staff were friendly great breakfast and nice room. I would recommend a business room as they are spacious. Great room service and the gym was in very good condition. We all enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
"Great hotel, close to the EU Parliament buildings."
Hotel is clean, has a pool and gym for use by guests. We were on the first floor did not have any problems. Other reviews suggest asking for a quiet room which we did and we were fine.
Breakfast had a good selection of items if it is included it is fine. If not there are places nearby that you can grab breakfast. I believe it is expensive if you're paying on the day.
Getting to the hotel from charaloi airport is a bit of a chore. However, book online for the Shuttle from Airport to Zuid station, from there take the bus to be dropped off near the hotel. There is also the option of taking a taxi - on your own it will be expensive (170 euros we were quoted to hotel) but if you sit in with others they may do it cheaper - 15 euros each to Zuid station.
Public transport is brilliant, easy to get around everywhere, and the price is cheap. Make sure you have change (coins) when buying tickets for buses / metro - it is cheaper to buy this at the machines before you get on the bus or metro. 7 euros (as at Aug 2014) gets you a 24 hour pass to use on Metro, trams and buses.
We went on a long weekend break to visit Brussels and Bruges. This hotel was very reasonable, in a great location for the Grand Place and centre of Brussels as well as being very close to the main train and metro stations making it easy to get around. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and spoke many languages. We especially appreciated the later checkout time. The BBC channels were nice, the room was clean, well stocked and ventilated. Highly recommended.
Lovely hotel was very comfortable and clean everything you need but have to say the heat overnight was a little much. staff where great lovely breakfast but dont expect a full english but there was plenty of choice, would recommend to friends
This was our 4th stay at the Pantone and my wife and I will continue to stay there whenever we are in Brussels. The staff is great. The rooms have been clean and comfortable. It must be noted that the hotel is quite modern and freely uses color as its signature design statement. This past stay was for 11 days and we would not have changed anything.
