"The hotel was pretty central, two minutes walk from the sea so that was certainly an added plus. Service was excellent, the receptionists were kind, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel bar is super cozy, with really lovely staff. The room was generally comfortable, though it felt quite cold, despite the heating being on (it was around 2-0 degrees outside). "A single no frills room, compact with large shower room. No fridge, safety box or closet. Wonderful breakfast. Very convenient, close to the beach, the park, and public transport. "

"Was a good hotel but on both nights there was a lot of shouty males in the street. About 11pm not the hotels fault but bloody hell it was annoying and kept me awake "

"I booked a room for myself, and my friends, a married couple also booked a room. We were under the impression both rooms had king beds and air conditioning, however only one room did. The other room had two twin beds pushed together with no AC. The location is GREAT! About 1 mile walking to the train station near the beach, and it cooled off so I could open the windows. It was an awesome place to stay for the W Festival ! "

"My experience at Hotel Bero was overall very positive. The location was really great; a 5 minute walk from the beach is amazing for a vacation. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was really big. The staff were polite and informative. I would definitely go back for another visit if I'm ever in Ostend again. "
