Rooms were a decent size, clean and had good facilities - nothing unexpected but everything that we needed. The bath was particularly comfortable - normally we find them a bit narrow."

"I booked a night here with my husband and our baby for my husband's birthday during our first visit to Bristol. I mentioned that we would be celebrating my husband's birthday when I contacted the hotel to request a cot for our baby. When we arrived in our spacious room there were all sorts of treats, bubbly, decorations and a birthday card. The staff really went above and beyond to make it a special stay. We were also given vouchers for coffees and drinks at the bar. So many thoughtful touches and every member of staff we met was incredibly friendly. We will absolutely return the next time we come to Bristol."
