“Good location. Close to Inner Harbor and trendy neighborhoods.”
Quiet, comfortable. Had a problem with noisy fan and was given another room. Good location for our needs.
“Very nice location and convenient”
Breakfast buffet wasn't the fanciest but cost was reasonable compared to many others I have experienced. Staff was professional. Only complaint is the printing service does not appear to be current - would not print my document when it was set as Office 2007 - only when it was previous version. If you are travelling reasonably light it is accessible with public transit - light rail from the airport stops at the Convention Center and then a 10 block walk or jump on the free transit bus which stops almost at the front door.
“neat & convenient hotel”
The location is good. Walking to harbor under sunset is just great.
“Fastest towels ever”
Better then expected, nice location, valets were friendly, and they brought my extra towels before I even thought about it again.
“Nice, but check those bedsheets”
As a matter of course, I strip the bed when I arrive at a hotel to check for bedbugs. I'm a frequent traveler and I can't afford to get them into my clothes and luggage (let alone me). When we stripped the bed at this hotel, it was apparent that there were some hairs in the sheets that were not mine. It could have been the housekeeper's, or they could have just not been cleaned. It was a little unsettling. We did receive new sheets and slept the rest of the night comfortably. This did, however, have an impact on how we viewed the hotel.
“Good substitute hotel if Marriott waterfront is booked”
We normally stay at the Marriott, which is around the corner, but it was booked. The room was smaller than the other hotel, but was in good condition. Great location, right next to Starbucks, across the street from the James Joyce Pub, which is a local pub where you can get good Irish food. 1 block away from Whole Foods, and a 1/2 mile walk to Blue Moon Cafe, which is a great place to grab home style breakfast (located on Aliceanna). 1/2 block from the water taxi. The location is the best feature of this hotel. My first choice would be the Marriott, but if that hotel is booked, I would stay at this hotely again.
“Baltimore's Greatest Hotel”
This is an amazing hotel that i have now stayed at twice and will always stay at when i visit Baltimore. It is within walking distance of the inner harbour and is located near great resturaunts a movie theater and a starbucks. it has an amazing five star exercise facility with indoor pool and the american grill breakfasts are always worth the stay. Fantastic Hotel by far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“Cameron”
Location iwas good. Room was very larde and clean, but my neighborhood was very noisy from midnight to next morning.
“great place to stay in Baltimore”
Despite a couple of glitches in the beginning, we enjoyed our stay. We stayed there last year during the big blizzard and it was THE place to stay since it was next to the only open restaurant and best of all residence at the hotel includes use of a great fitness facility with nice pools, hot tub, and workout equipment. The views are great of the harbor and close to good shopping, restaurants and things to do. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and if there is a problem, they are on it right away. This is our second stay there and will come again.
“close to everything”
We needed a place to stay while taking our grandson to the Baltimore Aquarium. This hotel was surprisingly close to attractions and well-priced. I was a little confused and thought I was signing up for a hotel with a pool. Instead, there is an connecting health club that lets hotel patrons use their facilities. Because of that, the hours were not as flexible, and my grandson couldn't swim. It was VERY easy to drive to-RT 83 turns into the hotel's street. I will definitely go again.
