"We enjoyed our stay in Bath and this flat. The flat is located just outside the city center with only a few minutes walk to the major sights. The flat is small but has everything you need. Well furnished and comfortable. It was nice having a smart TV with subscriptions to a couple of streaming services. The hosts were accommodating and provided some refreshments."

"For an economic, flexible, self-catering stay on Bristol’s doorstep The Orangery was ideal. Easy free parking and placed conveniently near The George pub and a regular bus service to the city centre. The ground floor flat is clean and spacious with all the equipment needed for a reasonable and comfortable stay. My only gripe would be - let’s have some quality pillows! "

"The communication was a bit wonky. Didn't get the check-in instructions email. If it was sent outside of hotels.com it may have ended up in junk or spam since the email. We never did track down the email, but were able to reach our host via phone who then texted us instructions. Thus, after a bit of confusion, however, we were put in the right place with the helpful assistance of the cleaning person. The rooms were bright and cheery and rather larger than expected. "Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. "
