"This is such a sweet place for a small group. It’s very quiet and peaceful, with a lot of outdoor space. I rented the unit for my parents, and they LOVED it! The owners are wonderful. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay perfect, including fresh eggs and honey!"

"Overall, good stay. Things that have been noted in previous reviews have been remedied. Beds were comfy. Had everything we needed inside and it was clean indoors. The reason we stay in VRBOs is for the outdoor space that you don’t have in a hotel. That said, the outdoor space could use some attention. There was a lot of random trash laying around, patio furniture needs attention and the pool hadn’t seen chlorine in a long while (granted it was cold out and we didn’t swim but still not...

"Everything was GREAT! Exactly how it was advertised. My group had a lot of fun staying here. I would definitely consider booking again in the future. My only complaint was that the hot tub took 24+ hours to reach its set temperature, and even then did not feel like it was to temp."

"Property was very clean, beds comfortable, inside space spacious, bathroom and kitchen amenities well stocked, neighborhood quiet, close to shopping and eating places. Host was quick to respond and address any issues. The backyard and pool area is well maintained, however the pool and hot tub is not heated. I would certainly stay here again."

"We are an online gaming group of 12 plus years that gets together ever 2 years to play tabletop. From D&D to Pathfinder to Lancer and RPG boardgames. Lots of table space and room for us. Excellent home with gracious space. Host was absolutely awesome."

"Easy to get to and the inside has all been updated. Neighborhood is questionable but nothing happened to our vehicles. Beds are a little firm for me, but may be fine for others. Plenty of room for the family and easy to communicate with manager."

"The property was as described and it was perfect for us. We cancelled our plans to go to an eclipse gala because we could sit outside by the pool with a pitcher of drinks, without a crowed, and watch the eclipse. Later, we had space to play fetch with the dogs. I would stay at the property again."

"Beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay, but had a few minor issues. We had an issue with the electricity going out and I reached out to the owner, but didn't hear back until long after the power had come back on. Fortunately the power wasn't out more than an hour. We kept waking up hot and having to reset the air conditioner. It will only hold the temperature setting for so many hours. The refrigerator water filter light started to flash after a couple of days in the home."

"The house was clean and tidy. It had an open floor plan which provided much space. Bedrooms were all a good size. Location was great, as it was close to just about anything and not too far from Dallas."

Only negatives were the $100 hold on card and $7 parking which neither was stated prior to room purchase. Other than that, highly recommend. "
