"The villa was suitable for us, as a party of 11, the villa could do with some updating and a tidy up on the outside of the villa, surrounding the pool area, however as a family we had a great time. The reviews that I had previously read about the villa before we got there stated that a car was needed due to the location of the villa - this is true, we ended up having to get 3 taxi's every time we left the villa as there is nothing in walking distance, not even a local shop for essentials....

"Family break in Andulucia . Check in a bit concerning as we arrived and no instructions given or codes. Eventually got through to host and a few hours later we gained entry . Not sure who’s responsibility it was to send entry code however it was resolved some time later. "We would highly recommend this villa, its beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The views looking up to the village are amazing. We spent a relaxing week here chilling by the pool. We also hired a car and drove down to the beach near Malaga recommend by our hosts. "Imagine getting up at 8am, having a cup of tea/coffee at a swimming pool and watching how the Sun rises over a mountain. Or swimming in the night and seeing the stars and the lights of a town on a mountain's slope nearby. "The villa was amazing and Samantha and Frederick were very helpful. They set up the stair gates ready for our arrival. The whole villa is very child friendly, with a gate to the pool and gate to the little shaded play area. They even had a little cupboard with toys for my 2 and 4 year old boys to play with. It was super clean and tidy when we arrived. And we loved cooking in the outdoor kitchen. It was also super quiet in the mountains and the view was spectacular. Such a great first family...

"I have picked this villa because of the amount of reviews that it has gotten from past customers. The reviews were very accurate, therefore we knew what we expected from it and there were no surprises. The only complains were the neighbors dogs, which were outside day and night (there is about 3-4 of them from different houses) that were howling and barking throught the day, every day. However that comes with a couple of kilometre drive along a hilly country road which is in part unmade. If hiring a car, something to consider.
