"Overall the hotel is great. Clean and modern feel to it. What let it down was housekeeping. We stayed for 3 nights but were only given two coffee pods. Everyday when we returned to the hotel housekeeping hadn’t replenished the coffee pods, milk and sugar. They took the mugs and glasses that were used but didn’t replace them so we couldn’t have made a coffee even if we had the coffee etc. they also removed a hand towel and didn’t replace it. "Superb location right beside the Metro line between airport and city centre. Small grocery store accross the road. Location could not be better. Room facilities: great confortable mattress. Good size shower. However, room a bit small for a 4* hotel. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room: just a kettle; no cups or coffee. This is lacking for this standard hotel. All staff encoutered were very nice and friendly. "

"Excellent budget option - hotel is about 5 mins walk from the nearest Metro and sits on the junction of two different bus routes - all of these have very regular bus/train services both into the tourist areas of Copenhagen and beyond and also to the airport - so even though its c. 1.5 miles out of town you can get there in around 15 to 20 mins from leaving the hotel. "Good place to stay I got in late and had to leave early but i had a quick breakfast with a great view."

"We rented the superior double room which was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Great value. Walking distance into Copenhagen city centre. The only catch being other guests whom might have slightly different ideas of what is acceptable behaviour in a shared space (i.e. not cleaning dishes after oneself, leaving used underwear in the shared toilet, not being dressed when going to the toilet etc..). But this is entirely beyond the control of the general manager. "
