"We really enjoyed our stay in the Rome apartment! It was a great place to recover from long days of sightseeing, a spacious and comfortable home to return to. Lots of room for our family of five plus a baby. Our bed was super comfortable, and Maria was kind enough to find us a baby cot for our little grandson to sleep in. The neighborhood is ideal, lots of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, and the Villa Pamphilij park is just around the corner if you yearn for a green...

"The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. Kitchen equipment is generous if a bit mix and match. TV and white goods all work well though wifi is a bit slow. Had a wonderful few days...

"Lovely Villa, beautifully decorated with lovely pool - One drawback was the club downstairs played music until 1.30 AM on at least 4 night while we were there but still a lovely place to stay."

"Everything was incredibly easy and well done with this apartment. Alessandro and Carlotta contacted me to set up an appointment, they were flexible to our schedule and understanding when we arrived late because of traffic. Communication was easy, fast, clear and the place was even better than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much in this area, was perfect for two people and a 13-month old child (no lift, but we left buggy downstairs). Thanks so much for this great space to experience Rome!"

"We enjoyed our 6 day stay at Donatella's home! She picked us up from the airport late at night! I will never forget that incredible gesture of kindness. We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. I enjoyed sitting in the back under the canopy during the day and late at night. Neighborhood is very quiet. I loved the mattress and bedding on the double bed in rom with half bath. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes,...

"Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back."

"We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (€6 return). We are a family of 5, with three teenage/20's sons. We enjoyed the pool and ate all of our meals on the spacious balcony. The only things that could have been better were the coffee...

"We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations. "We just had a magical stay at this villa with two families and children… looks better than the pictures…, we were easily able pop in and out of all the best tours and sites and restaurants and shopping just a quick cab ride away…. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. Great coffee shop and walking parks just up the street… we would def come back and Great for two families to share."

"Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. The floor is freezing and I highly recommend a large nice area rug at least in main living room so u don't have freezing cold feet. We stayed a month- The yard is nice...

"Cute little place, had everything we needed. Close to a small market down the street to stock fridge and restaurants/places two streets away. Safe and quiet area reminded me of LA. Communication was immediate. Super close to the train station where you can also get the touring buses. Definitely pay attention to the instructions"

"Fantastic grounds, facilities and pool area. Great staff to help us during the stay. Drawbacks, airconditioning needed at least in the bedrooms. There was a mosquito problem due to stagnant water in fountains about the property."

"This property was not convenient to all that we wanted to see in Rome. The house was not well stocked. There was no laundry detergent, limited rolls of toilet paper, limited amount of towels. and truly pitiful bed pillows Uber or taxi expenses were large."

"This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family! I was a little nervous because I don’t think it had any reviews, but so glad we picked this place. The neighborhood was perfect, equal distance between Colosseum and Vatican. Very close to Trevi, Spanish Steps, and Trastevere for dinners. Lots of places to eat around here with what seemed like locals speaking Italian. Main bedroom had a king bed and a bathroom. Second back bedroom has two twin beds perfect for our teens with a bathroom just...
