“Relaxing in lovely gardens.”

The staff were very friendly, helpful and ready to oblige. We enjoyed relaxing in the traditionally decorated reception area and dance floor where the nightly entertainment took place and admired the collage-type pictures and atmospheric wall paintings complimenting the planted areas. Furniture in our room showed signs of wear, but the area was always kept clean and there was a nice bathroom with a good supply of fresh towels. Being on the third floor of the main block, our balcony which overlooked the pool and lovely gardens was never in the sun (in March) but this could be an advantage later in the season. Despite rules to the contrary, people did reserve prime places on loungers without occupying them for hours on end. We sunbathed in the gardens rather than on the beach but the noisy "music" could be irritating. Breakfast was very good, but where possible we swopped our half board dinner for lunch and ate out in the evenings. Salads were excellent but buffet meat dishes were often cold and unappetising.

“Read Carefully”

The hotel is located in an excellent neighbourhood and rooms condition is satisfactory for economic budget. We have booked 3 rooms, two of them were good but the 162 had a problem in toilet and balcony. Toilet problem was fixed after 2 days + tip in advance. But the balcony problem was not solved, the balcony is connected to the lobby dome and a lot of bugs had an easy access to our balcony which lead us to close it permenantly. One thing to mention is that there is no king size bed, it is just two linked twin beds. In addition, the air conditioning does not work unless the outer temperature is over 30 C. So, if you are planning to stay there, make sure Agadir is in a good weather !

“No Way this is a 5 Star Hotel”

I recently booked 2 rooms for a friend and myself while visiting Aghadir, Morocco. The only decent thing about this hotel was its location, as it was close to the boardwalk (3 mins). Everything else was very poor. The rooms had stained carpets, burned tables, the sliding door took all my muscle to open and close. It was very noisy, I would hear the telephone ringing in other people's rooms. My room was next to room service, so every time they revived a call (at any time of day or night), I could hear it like it was in my own room. The doors of the rooms closed very loudly, waking me up constantly. I could hear guests in other rooms making noises into the late hours of the morning. TV channels were very limited (80% of them were scrambled or didn't work). I had to pay and extra charge to use the in room safe (this was a first for me in a "supposed" 5 star hotel). Towels were old and used, and they were not changed when requested. The hotel's beach is a 5 min walk with nothing more than beach chairs and an umbrella.

“Half Board - No Thank You!”

The hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel, this is extremely questionable. Yes, the rooms are tidied each day and are reasonably spacious, but it says there are modern flatscreen TV's in each room, there is not, there was a 14" portable with one english speaking channel available. The rooms were also old fashioned. The pool area is below average, although the actual pool was fine. The food was awful. We went half board, the food was a disgrace. I have been back a week and have been up each and every night what seems like every hour since my return with Diarrhea and an upset stomach. I cannot stress enough how bad the quality of the food is. This ruined my trip and probably many other peoples as well

“A disappointing experience”

The hotel has the worst staff i have ever seen in my life you have to tip every person working there every time they see you otherwise get prepared for the worst hospitality you ever dreamed of. i booked a double room through EXPEDIA but when i checked out i was charged for having my wife in my room due to the fact that i have not specified in my booking that the double room is for 2 adults!!!! there are other super hotels in agadir with better rates

“Definitely not a 5 Stars !”

Worst hotel ever , rudest staff, small dirty untidy rooms, not functional AC, noisy and old. Horrible animation, very very bad food in restaurants. Unfriendly, incompetent staff. Not recommendable at all.
