"The hotel is literally right next to shepherd's bush station so very easily accessible, fast food, coffee shops & supermarket all less than 5mins walk. Hotel was ok for the price for London. On arrival our room had scaffolding outside the window so was unable to see anything, i wasnt informed about this prior to my arrival . "Stayed 3 nights..The twin room is a bit small but the cleanliness is superb.. an extra small chair/table would make it perfect.The area is close to grocery stores. Just be careful of your belongings when using the nearest underground."

"The hotel location is excellent, just across subway station, markets, restaurants. 10 min walk to V&A museum. Coffee, tea and a cookie in the room. Hotel has elevator, friendly staff, water in the lobby. Good buffet breakfast, chorizo, ham, cereals, juices, milk, cheeses, fresh fruits, etc. I will definitely go back. 5 start property for me. :) "

"Joe the Manager provided great service to us. Rugs could have used a shampooing. Kitchen walls could have used repainting as there were splatter stains from prior use. Communal kitchen for free breakfast was on your own to cook or make. Bread for toast; butter; jam; milk; cereal; apple juice; orange juice; bacon and eggs. Kitchen dishes and cookware provided. Communal sitting area for eating or resting to watch TV; listen to music or read. Change of towels on request and no maid...
