"It was fantastic! Honestly I cannot fault it, the only thing I’d suggest is a thin mattress topper so that you can’t feel the buttons on the mattress. Staff were lovely, everything in the room you could want. I appreciated the little bottle of semi skimmed milk in the fridge, and bottles of water!"

"Truly excellent in every way. They do not have lifts/elevators but they go out of their way to help with luggage. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special mention for Dwight. In line with its charming character, stairs are steep to rooms and floorboards wonky, so not good for people with reduced mobility. The en-suite in the room was large, bed comfortable. Had dinner and breakfast, food is great. All staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Carlos who was brilliant. "

"Lovely staff, lovely room but total utter disaster of a stay!!! I’ve travelled ALOT! This has to be the worst room EVER!!!! What seemed like right on top of a karaoke bar! I had earplugs but you could still feel the base thumping through the floor until midnight! I may aswell have gone down stairs & tried to sleep on the dance floor!!!"

"Location of this hotel was EXCELLENT! Right by Trafalgar Square and close to the multiple public transport options. Locally circle, Chinatown, Theater district with all the broadway shows all VERY close by. Espresso machine downstairs was a favorite of the family. Free espresso or hot chocolate each morning and all day long. The laundry within the unit washed the clothes but didn’t exactly dry them. Closets were small and room was tight but still massively better than the hotel we had...
