No major complains except for the inadequate air conditioning in rooms, lounges, restaurants, etc. However, this is a common problem in Turkey, we found, not only in hotels but also in airports, museums, etc.
The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The food was divine, and the restaurants are very nice. However, we couldn't eat outside because of the wasps, which was a problem.
The pool and beach facilities are very good. The hotel is located in the small town of Icmeler - an excellent location a few kilometers away from tourist-ridden Marmaris. We went there once and never found a need to repeat it.
One particular activity that we enjoyed most was the evening walks to town. The road follows the beach and then a canal all the way to the town. There are shops and restaurants along the way and in town - very very nice.
I would go back there any time and I definitely recommend it for others.
Great fantastic. All types of food and drink and lots of it in and out of the restaurant. Breakfast - any and everything - desserts to die for. Everything close by - water taxis to Marmaris. Recommend boat trips to Turrunc! Bags galore but seek out quality - lots of snide bags but most shops similar and some better than others.
Sauna and steam - free, Haggle for the pamper packages.
Beautiful complex - cant fault it.
A lot of older residents and families so hotel entertainment wasn't great but if you want all inclusive its perfect.
For a 5 star hotel with so many English speaking residents - I expected more multi lingual staff. I had a couple of issues with room service and food on their menus. Reception and restaurant staff struggled. Reception sent me someone to fix my phone after trying to explain for an hour that Room Service sent me a chicken sandwich instead of a cheese one.!!! Also they couldn't understand some of their own menu in their Italian restaurant but we laughed about it.
Staff great and very attentive. Rooms lovely and clean- towels and minibar refreshed daily. Mini bar - all free! Certain imported drinks like martell, etc. you have to pay for but everything else - FREE!
Bring your own travel iron as they don't provide it.

Well, from the day one everything was smooth to the very last day of checkout. The only issue was that I could not figure out what was going on with the internet connection. The free WiFi internet was in the lobby and the speed was poor sometimes it failed to connect. Other then that it was fantastic. The restaurant was perfect, they had a huge choice of food and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel location is good, it was not too far from Marmaris, so you can just walk over there in a short time.
