"This property is an mega resort with everything even casino. Many restaurants in the resort to and other facilities. However, they are located in the middle of nowhere, which means you need to take transportation to get any place outside of the resort. Their check out time is 11 am which is rather earlier than other hotels. "

"A lovely, relaxing place to stay. Great villa and private pool set up and approx 15mins car ride to both Da Nang and Hoi An so lots of great options to enjoy and explore. We went snorkelling to Cham Islands and thoroughly recommend also. "

"Needing to relax and be refreshed, we stayed at Koi Resort for 21 nights! The beauty and tranquillity were just what we needed. The breakfasts are great! Also appreciated were the good shopping advice and transportation between Koi Retreat and Hoi An Old Town (5 Km one way). Don’t bother with the free kayaks - the small space to use these is laughable. We had some problems with housekeeping but these were resolved when we spoke to Tracy. Highly recommended!"

The service was slow in the evening, there was a lack of options in the restaurant menu, there was a lack of kitchen facilities for villa options, there was no hand towel in some bathrooms, and there was no full length mirror, there was an excellent amount of choice for breakfast both western and Asian, it was very clean, the gardens were beautiful, and the pools were immaculate "
