"We stayed in the Ashton and it was a beautiful suit very spacious. The only one thing is the is no wash basin in the toilet apart from that everything was perfect."

Delicious and ample breakfast, tailored to your needs with plenty of tasty options which set us up right for a long walk. Super comfy bed, warm, little nice things like milk and good advice on walks and local sights. They also gave us biscuits to keep us trucking on our walk on our way out the door. "

"Lovely hôtel - perfect for Lake Windermere. Facilities in the hotel are great: there are even wellingtons you can borrow to do a woodland walk. The restaurant is fantastic with high quality food. The lounge and reception area have wonderful open fires which make it feel really cosy. Our feature room was fantastic and roomy."
