"We booked here as our Daughter was married at Salmesbury Hall ,there was an initial problem on arrival due to a problem with the water pump however Becky and the team could not do enough for us .Comfy beds "

We had a beautiful view of the lake from our lodge and although we didn't take part it looked like there was lots of activities going on (this didn't disturb us) Our lodge was bigger than expected and clean Lots of cutlery and plates to use and a filter coffee machine which was a lovely touch. The property is easy to get to and a good base for exploring the area. "

"Welcomed with a smile, very quickly checked in. Room very clean, smelt fresh. Staff friendly in the bar. Grounds a little tired looking but obviously doesn’t affect stay. Will definitely stay again and would recommend."

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Clean, comfortable and incredible value. Unfortunately, because the WiFi is so bad, I couldn’t get much work done. The TV didn’t work well either. So a pretty boring evening."

"Nice hotel, asked for room upgrade and got one, lounge bar could do with more choice of food, what was on offer was very good though. Not everyone wants to spend in excess of £35 for dinner every evening! Parking can be a bit of an issue at times."

"Nice room in a seafront hotel which was very central to Lytham St Annes. Lovely friendly hotel staff. Car park very tight and many of spaces were reserved (didn't realise you could reserve) but had it not been for the triathlon on the Promenade on Sunday morning there would have been plenty of parking in nearby car parks or off the side roads. Would happily stay here again. "
