"Staff were kind and helpful. One night I couldn't figure out what hot springs I needed to go to and a young lady at the front desk was very patient and placed calls for me around town to help me figure it out. I love the feel of the rooms, very cozy and spacious. They have dehumidifiers in the room. Leave them on as they are there to help with the humidity. The jacuzzi on the balcony is stunning. Only downside is the water didn't run hot the whole time it took to fill up the tub so I got a lukewarm soak in the end, but it wasn't enough to ruin the experience or complain about. I'd happily book again."
