"The Wilde Aparthotels room was ok - we had a King that was jammed in the corner so there was only one side of bed available to get into and out of - which was annoying. Room had limited space for bags and such - we did not do any cooking in the room - not sure who is doing that while on vacation- one night the hallway and our room smelled like fried onions from someone cooking in their room - so if you like apartment living you’ll feel at home. We paid extra for the castle view- don’t bother...

"Great location, ideal if you’re getting the train. I was able to check in early, and was given a free cocktail as it was a special occasion. I couldn’t work the air conditioning and within about two minutes of ringing reception, the maintenance team were up to fix it. Every interaction I had with staff was exceptional. A lovely hotel, full of staff who genuinely seem to care. "

"Hotel was a great end to our 2 week tour around Scotland. The parking was my biggest concern but the hotel partnered with Omni at the nearby shopping center and as long as you pre booked it went very smoothly. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The restaurant was pretty good with great staff. We had breakfast, dinner and drinks and enjoyed our experience each time. "

"While I love the proximity to the airport and tram, the sidewalks were absolutely dire and crossing the roundabout to get to the tram was grim. That's not the hotel's responsibility, but it did make navigation on foot with a stroller quite challenging. The room was comfortable and spacious though, the beds were comfortable, and the provided cot was clean and premade for us upon our request."

"Great location to explore Edinburgh. The rooms felt a little clinical with not much character, but were very comfortable. Great choice of breakfast. Good choice of restaurants and bars around and really close to Edinburgj castle. We chose the hotel partly becuase of the sky bar with the view, but this was only open on weekends, and children are not allowed, which had we known we may have chosen a different hotel. Overall a comfortable stay and lovely hotel."
