"we only stayed one night. nice place, walkable from the major station, very close to convenience store, first floor has nice area to hangout, get a drink. we were 20mins earlier to check in, so we had to wait which was fine. but then we were told it still wasn't ready 1 hr after our check in time, so we had to wait more. but other than that, it is fine. nice view from our floor. "

Walkable to many nearby restaurants The disappointing aspect was the lady on the help desk/ concierge desk that provided inaccurate & misleading information that if we had not looked further into it ourselves could have spoilt our trip to Nagoya.
