"Attached to the thermal baths and Nordic Spa is super convenient (access included in hotel rate). Staff try really hard to make it a pleasant experience. The rooms are reasonably up to date, though the bathrooms are smallish, particularly the showers. "I had booked 3 double rooms for a ski week. The receptionst (Alex) was extremley helpful and the hotel upgraded our rooms to premium. All the staff were great, Thomas even drove us to the ski lift on the first day and recommended a good ski hire shop. Breakfast was great with a large choice of hot and cold options. The sauna is a good addition to the hotel especially after a cold day on the mountain and the ski room is modern with plenty of racks for drying boots, gloves etc. The rooms were...
