"So glad we booked this place rather than a large hotel in the area that we were considering. The room was gorgeous with a big bath tub (we chose one of the big rooms). Check in was easy, staff were v friendly and accommodating despite looking after the restaurant too (special mention to Ashmi who waited on us a couple of times in the restaurant). "This was our 3rd stay, but this time we were abit disappointed. The bedroom was lovely but the bathroom was a wet room. Everything got wet after a shower. the next person went in the floor and toilet seat was wet. The breakfast was really good and free parking. I will look forward to my next stay but will ask not to have the Cheltenham. "

"Amazing stay! The staff where very attentive and nothing was too much to ask for. The room was huge, perfect for families.. only thing missing was a fridge in the room to keep milk cold for toddler however staff where more than happy to fill my toddlers bottles when needed!
