Particular mention to Daydream’s maintenance manager Kara who went above and beyond to help us and make us welcome when some tree trimming work impeded some paths. She was wonderful! "Great hotel. Lovely and clean in a central location. Staff are helpful. Only downside is when staying beachfront as we were it is very noisy from 5.30 with the council street cleaners and bin men for about an hour every morning. Such a shame as everything else perfect. "

"The room we were in was clean and the beds were comfy. Our room was itself was not stair free. Many stairs to climb throughout complex even though there was an elevator it does not access rooms like a traditional hotel. Also if walking anywhere the complex is on a very steep hill so goi g down and up have their own challenges. "

"Such a great place for families. So many activities on site you don’t have to leave. It’s close to Woolies and Bigw. Canine are clean and tidy with everything you need plus more. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. "

"I thought Palm Bay Resort was a beautiful Island. The only dispointment was that the tennis court was closed and not in useable condition but they still advertise it as an attraction. Everything else was perfect."

"Loved the location and size of property. Pool was amazing. Unfortunately the BBQ was out of gas but just had to wait for the other one to become available. The foyer to the apartment smelt a bit funky due to the garage shute, but the apartment was very comfortable and secure"

"Loved this property but sound travelled through from the adjoining villas and you could hear people very easily, using the bathroom and through the bedroom common wall. Would stay in other area of this resort next time. "
