Everything about our experience with the hotel was absolutely flawless. The staff were amazing, the location was stunning, and food was fantastic. I was keen to make this a really special trip for me and my partner, and Beach Club surpassed all of my expectations.

We had a room on the 8th floor, which offer a great view of the Catseye beach. The hotel was running on full capacity with triathlon that weekend. While it was busy, we didn't feel like we were being over-run. The room was reasonably clean considering that they had little time to turn it over between guests. Breakfast at the Pool Terrace was always busy btw 8-9:30 am, waited abt 10-15 mins to be shown to a table. Restaurant staffs were seen checking on cleanliness ard buffet and replenishing food. We love the pool; nice, big and warm. Gota try snorkelling at the beach, we were pleasantly surprised! Quite a few non-motorised sports there that were complimentary to hotel guests. Happy with the choices of food ard the resort; kids-eat-free is another plus!

"Certainly lives up to its name it has everything."
Very enjoyable experience loved the walks in the rainforest & beach even stumbling upon a few wallerby's.
Regular & punctual ferries made my visit to the Great Barrier Reef & other islands stress free.
Mermaids restaurant is wonderful enjoyed the food & staff are lovely.
Would thoroughly recommend.
My husband and I went here for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We wanted to go somewhere where you can just relax and this is the place to do it. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a Helicopter transfer to Hayman Island from Hamilton Island. Fantastic. We were greeted by staff upon arrival to the Island. The staff are very polite and helpful. We were taken to our room by a staff member, and they explained everything to us. Nothing was a problem. The room was beautiful, we had a Pool Side Suite. The room was divided into two areas, one side had a King size bedroom/ensuite and the other with a table/office area, with balconies both sides over looking the main pool. The food was fabulous, a bit on the pricey side but it is an exclusive island so you need to keep that in mind. There are no shops here to do shopping. They do have a small boutique for you to purchase items from. They have a gym and a spa section where you can be pampered. They have day activities which are great if you like that. They have two pool areas where you can purchase drink and food all day. They have 5 Restaurants and a Bar. Overall it was a fantastic experience/holiday.
We spent there 3 nights and 4 days. The hotel is perfect! Clean and big room with huge balcony, kitchen brand new! You don't need anything else. Very close to the beach (10mt) and you can reach Marina by walk within 5 minutes! I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone!
