Great location not far from the town centre although it's a steep uphill hike if you have physical challenges that prevent you from walking uphill/downhill. The view from Sea Star is amazing, especially from the penthouse which has sweeping views of the bay. At reception on arrival it was closed. Keys to room were not in box as explained. Sat on luggage till manager came to help us and he didn't even say sorry. In fact we were an inconvenience. Wallet was left in room upon departure and we were told it wasn't there. After several calls over next day the wallet mysteriously never showed up. But credit card was used at McDonalds. So unhelpful. Promised calls back and nobody followed up. So unhelpful. The view was amazing and the rooms were ok. Master shower leaked all over the bathroom floor after every use. Not enough towels provided. Drawer in closet was literally broken and hanging off. The washing machine smelt awful.
