"Our hotel was changed to the Alua Soul and we were given suites. The holiday was a birthday present to my Father and we were all blown away by the accommodation so thank you very much. All the staff were amazing especially the reception staff for booking taxis and helping my dad after he had too much wine and locked himself out of the safe. I would recommend this to anyone and thank you for an unforgettable holiday. "

"Overall a wonderful experience. Lovely food, delightful staff. The hot tub was lovely. Small issues with the room resolved quickly. Fab location and views. Excellent choice of restaurants nearby. Minor improvements might be to have better coffee and perhaps some more local, authentic entertainment. A solid 9.9 out of 10!"

"We had an amazing time here! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming (reception giving great info about the area, booking taxis, great bar staff at the pool, friendly cleaning staff). The room was clean and very spacious (2 bed standard apartment( and had a lovely balcony). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and sunloungers were great, with a lovely view over the Sant Nichlau turret. The bar area was a lovely pkace to sit abd have a drink before heading into Ciutadella in the evening. It was only a 10 minute walk into the city centre, or you could walk along the promenade down into the harbour area. The perfect mix of city break and relaxing by the pool."
