"Horrible experience. In 20 years of travelling everywhere in the world I never had a such disappointing experience as in this hotel. The staff is rude, and they stole my sunglasses that I left in the hotel lobby. The Italian manager claimed that cameras were not working and that they were only able to see the recordings from Stone Town where is situated their headquarter.
