"The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Room 8 (on the top floor of the property) was excellent, spacious and nicely decorated. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. The king size bed was comfortable for those who like a really soft bed. Breakfast was very nice and overall the atmosphere was very pleasant."

"We arrived a bit earlier than we needed to but we wanted to ensure we got one of the 5 spaces. We were greeted by George who was very friendly and accommodating. He helped massively with the parking and showed us to our room which was absolutely lovely inside. Everything we could need. My only minor issue with my stay was that because the car park is small you hand your keys to george or martin ... which is fine if they need to move my car with it being a very small car park. "Lovely B&B run by Danny who was very friendly. This is a beautiful B&B, very clean and well kept. Breakfast was well cooked with plenty of choice. The hotel is situated between North pier and Bispham which is a quiet area of Blackpool. It is on the seafront and so has direct access to the beach, trams and buses. "

"Fantastic friendly hosts & staff. You couldn’t wish for a better room & facilities. They have a lovely bar in there if you wish to drink before you go out. Taxi service from there arrive quickly if you don’t fancy the 10 min walk to the centre. Breakfast was very good with loads on offer to cater for everyone. I don’t usually leave reviews but these guys certainly are worthy of one. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a stay in Blackpool. But don’t do it when I return lol ...

"Fantastic property, everything you need. Great quality and attention to detail. Beds were large and super comfortable. Superb location for pleasure beach and south pier. Host was really helpful, quick at responding to questions before we arrived and allowed us to leave the car for longer after checkout so we could enjoy our last day in Blackpool. "
