"Hotel and room was clean. Small but efficient. Bed was hard. One dryer was broken and the other one was cranky and required maintenance to get it going. One vending machine was broken. I imagine this is worse still for groups/families travelling as it seems to be per person per night. It would feel more friendly to make this optional or include it...
