"I had never stayed in a bed-and-breakfast before, but my wife convinced me it would be fun. Little did I know how great this experience would be. When we arrived, we were greeted by Angela, the innkeeper. What a wonderful woman. A great host, a great cook, and a wealth of information about Williamsburg. This may have been one of our greatest vacations we would gladly go back again. Angela, thank you again for a great time. Andy and Donna."

"The property is in a beautiful location and recently renovated. The rooms are very quiet and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the room and entire facility was immaculate. There is a small convenience store where you can get great coffee and many frozen items for a quick meal. There is also a small pub onsite that serves breakfast and dinner but you must check their hours. There were a few pools that looked lovely and the property borders a country club and golf course. Told me that my room didn't come with breakfast and " you can have it but will cost you 16.95". I didn't request breakfast when I reserved room because I didn't need it. Very unusal for this hotel. "It was really cool staying in an authentic colonial house while visiting Colonial Williamsburg. It was a short block away from the main Williamsburg Inn. You get all of the amenities of the Williamsburg Inn with the colonial houses. Our house was across the street from the back of the King's Arm Tavern so we could walk right into the colonial town right from our front door. We will definitely go back."

"It was a beautiful resort and a beautiful room . We were a little concerned to be charged an additional fee for breakfast and parking (16 Dollars) when hotel.com quoted a complete expense including breakfast and parking at this facility."
