Staff was awesome, respectful and helpful, there are a few things in my room I didn’t like, cleaning staff could dust better there was a smell in bathroom but it appeared clean, as a woman with arthritis the toilets seem low other than that we had a great time, in my opinion there needs to be more handicap parking

The property is very nice. The only thing I don’t like is that the facility should be open longer for older kids. The facility should also have an area for older kids because they don’t want to be quiet at 11:00 pm. Over all I like the facility and I have taken my kids and now I’m taking my grandkids.

Great wolf is always a great time and a favorite of our geandchildren. But the room we got remained very warm and muggy even with AC on and we had a leak and n our bathroom from the room above us. They addressed the leak immediately and provided breakfast vouchers for our group. The resort may just need some upgrades due to its age. But great experience overall.

The Great Wolf Lodge is awesome. The stay was a win-win from check in to check out. Absolutely seamless. The staff was awesome our Concierge Willow was awesome and always addressed any questions and or concerns quickly. The property is immaculate and has so many activities, food, drink and very accessible in Williamsburg Va. We will definitely return next summer. Howls!!

Room was very clean. The kids loved the cabin room with the bunk beds! Loved that rooms had a sink, microwave and fridge! Balcony could have used a little maintenance. There appeared to be a lot of algae and rust built up from an area of the floor above leaking water but we didn’t spend much time out there only to dry the swimsuits. Plenty of parking! Lots to do every night with young kids ranging from 2-10. Staff were friendly and helpful. Life guards were very attentive and focused. Will be returning! The arcade was amazing and worth the money.

We had a wonderful experience at Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the room and the property were. The parking area was convenient and made it easy for us to come and go during our stay. The water park was definitely the highlight of our trip. There were so many different activities that our kids always had something exciting to do. They especially enjoyed the wave pool, lazy river, and the different water slides and play areas. The variety of activities made it enjoyable for both younger children and adults. Our kids had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment. Beyond the water park, we also loved that there were additional activities and entertainment throughout the day, which made the whole stay feel like a complete family vacation. Overall, we had a fantastic family experience and would definitely recommend Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg to families looking for a fun, clean, and activity-filled getaway. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Excellent experience for my family. I think my only complaint would be that you have to pay for parking even staying at the lodge. Other than that, it was alittle pricey, but expected! Excellent families with young ones! Five stars from me regardless!
