I had an amazing stay! The hotel was very relaxing, comfortable, and provided the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast, so I wish there were an alternative option available for guests who are unable to make it during the scheduled hours. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

This courtyard was beautifully maintained and very clean. We loved the room and pool area. It had a very nice fitness center, and easy to access parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay again.

We visited for a mother daughter weekend to Williamsburg. Me and my mother. When we first arrived the lady at the front desk did not seem welcoming she seemed rather annoyed instead that she had to check us in. She watched us walk in the wrong direction to our room and said nothing. Her attitude did not change over the next 3 days. Other than that, the room was nice we were on the first floor. One day we went swimming in the pool. It was a bit cloudy but nice enough. The food we tried for dinner in the lobby one night was terrible but we should've known better than to have hotel food. I guess all in all I rank it 3 out of 5. Don't think I would stay here again.

The staff was excellent. The space, though, was not. Everything was black and white, decorated with a minimalist eye. The lobby had a lot of wasted space. The "Bistro" was a counter with a very limited menu and a bar. There was not a dresser in our room. There was a flat table under the tv, a long plastic type box with 2 drawers that slid half way under the table, and a lot of wasted space.
