"Jannah place, one of the best place that i ever booked, rooms are well cleaned and nicely smells, operation team very helpful, private pool is very good , i cant give more coment , but i will share my daughter feedback: We had an amazing and most brilliant and wonderful time in Janna palace it was so fun to have anew experience in a new place i like it because we had our own pool and it was just amazing."

"Good beachfront place for a quick visit. Rooms are well proportioned with good amenities. Lumi beach is a nice place, they should add more items in their menu which is very thin."

"Overrated, photos on website totally different than reality “worse”, very small swimming pool with too much people in it “crowded”, smell of cooking is everywhere in the hotel indoor and outdoor, room’s furniture is too old. Breakfast was not fresh and tastes awful! Hotel’s rate per night versus value is too much. Not recommended at All!!! It was a real bad experience!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. When checking out, they even went through the room to make sure we didn’t forget anything. Parking was easy and ample. We bought the beach passes for the Hilton across the street. It was a short walk...

"Bed was too firm and couldn’t sleep good because of it. Shower door wouldn’t close properly so water flooded the bathroom floor every time you shower. Staff was nice and room layout was good."

"An excellent stay! Lovely rooms, great food options, friendly staff and a beautiful setting. Plenty to do in the surrounding area too. We will definitely return - a great weekend escape easily accessed from Abu Dhabi for us. "

"The place ia not good for family environment. there a loot of yellings and screaming at our floor to the point that we literally felt people were rite outside our door. this kept going till morning 8 and we just decided to leave and sleep in our car instead. it was a literal waste of money. "

"One of the coolest places i have ever stayed in starting from the easy checkin , the apartment was super spacious with an amazing view, everything were convenient and the staff were very friendly!"

"One of those days you regret making a booking to a certain hotel. Service was terrible, from a not working access card to no toiletries in the room. Surely how does a whole hotel apartment fail to have a microwave in 2021. "

"Staff in swiming ball is not nice specially the man from senegal asking for towel and I have 3 card for towel he reply and he looking to otherside no towel finish too much people and on that time 4 or 5 family only in the swimming pool I ask him even for 1 piece nothing after that I see aguest got 1 towel its so bad. Also I don't like bed is so so hard can't know how to sleep but I wpuld like to thank the reception people they are so lovely and welcomed"

"I mean for 40USD, I've stayed in worse hotels. I'd asked for a no smoking room but someone had clearly been smoking. The bathroom was clean and nice. The bed was good. There was a very bright blue light that blinked the entire night, and the walls are paper thin so I could hear my neighbors. But all that matters is that I checked in, I slept, I charged my phone, and I left the next day. "

"The address is not specific enough to enter in a GPS, but the hotel is easy enough to find. This place is quite dated, and the view on the town side is horrible : I asked to change room, but was told that on the other side there is "noisy" (not "noise") and therefore it's not recommended. Breakfast is nothing to call home about. Would not stay there again. The staff is incompetent, don't ask for any kind of directions, they're incapable of providing those."

"This is a budget hotel, so cannot expect many perks. The cleaning is not done proactively. Need to call for cleaning. Rooms are ok. Some bathroom fittings had issues, which were not taken care. It's a bit far from Al Nakheel which is the city centre. The only mall that is within walking distance is the RAK mall."
