"Staff was very friendly. Easy check in. Parking garage has limited large vehicle parking. We paid to use the garage but had to park outside as there were no spots left for the truck. If you are planning to use the kitchen, bring your own dish soap. "

"I stayed just one night, but it was conveniently located for driving to downtown Ottawa and Ottawa suburbs. I was very happy with the cleanliness and the staff. There seemed to be a lot of work being done in the parking lot when I arrived, however, that can be seen positively because it may reflect a commitment to springtime property maintenance."

"The hotel is nice and is located in a very centralized area with lots of restaurant choices and is 4 mins from a Costco which I enjoyed and of course the hotel is close to the airport so a good add. However where I have to complain is the housekeeping of our rooms. I had toilet flushing issues which I reported and was told that a service person would come and they didn't. Following that my room serviced even though I requested for it 2 days in a row. This hotel will not automatically provide...
