"Warm welcome room ready. Slight smell of damp in bathroom. Side of window in main bedroom poorly repaired with polystyrene tile. Public areas 0f hotel were decorated and looked after. Staff were great friendly, helpful and very attentive. Food was great both evening meals were great. Good menu selection."

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Pitlochry. Easy check in and the room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The bar/restaurant was popular and the food and service were excellent. We didn't book but I would advise booking during the busy season to ensure that you get a table. The breakfast was also very good with a wide selection available."

"The old hotel is now a room-only hotel with no facilities, and the cost reflects that. My wee room was in the attic, up a lot of stairs (no lift) under the eaves, recently redecorated and scrupulously clean. It had a comfy bed, enough storage for me, and the cozy bathroom had a bathtub, and limitless hot water."

"The Inn is in the most incredible location on the Loch with uninterrupted views of the hills beyond. The owner is very friendly and welcoming and cannot do enough for his guests. The bedroom was lovely with the amazing views and a wee dram and fudge to welcome us. The food is fabulous (albeit a little expensive) and there is a separate cosy lounge with books and games as you sit by a roaring fire. It is peaceful and an absolute delight."

"We had an amazing stay at the Craigatin House - John is an excellent host - very personable, helpful and he'll book dinner reservations if you like! Our room was charming and very clean - we had a two night stay and housekeeping was there quite early - we were pleasantly surprised the room was done! Breakfast is yummy! DO try the Whiskey porridge - you'll love it, as well as the full Scottish breakfast in the gorgeous sun room. The check-out was very smooth, and there is ample parking -...

"Wow! An amazing stay!! The staff and owners were superb, always attentive, friendly and very helpful going to great lengths to make sure the stay was above standard.. Our dog, Hector, has never been pampered as much as he was here! The food was absolutely top class (especially the Korean Sticky Wings) .. The room was huge, clean and well stocked. Couldn't really ask for more. we WILL be back!!"
