All the staff were lovely and very dog friendly. Food was delicious. The only thing that could be improved would be some drawers in the room. The room was very warm and the windows didn’t open up very far so was quite stuffy for sleeping in, but everything else was good. Plenty of tea & coffee etc & shortbread.. Pet friendly which is great. They even cooked a sausage for my dog & made a fuss of her. Was only staying one night on route, would have liked to stay longer. Staff excellent& so friendly. The drinks at the bar area are reasonable price. Only 4 mins or so walk from the train station. Wod defo stay here again.
