"The staff was great! The service in our room was great! Everyone was curteous and friendly. My disappointment was the contruction, the noise, the person in next room was smoking on his balcony(smoke coming thru to my open balcony door) security knocking at his door 2 different days, early in the morning. A test alarm going off very loudly lasting 5 minutes or more. The room was older than I expected. The online pictures looked like new rooms. Perhaps I was on the older side of hotel. As much...

"Renovated rooms are nice and seemed very clean, balcony could use some cleaning though. Shower was small but otherwise the bathroom was nice. Kitchen was great to have and bed was comfy.
