Great location , kid friendly pool . Beach , shops, restaurants only steps away ! Very clean , with lots of friendly staff !
(only gripe, 1 night in the 4 stayed night club blarred till after 1am , kept us all up it was so loud)
Stayed four nights and loved every minute of it! We were in a partial ocean view and still had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The room itself was spacious compared to most, very clean with comfortable beds. I would definitely stay there again. Everyone was very friendly and the staff at the activities desk was very helpful when booking our tour. Had an enjoyable breakfast on the terrace our first morning and it was so peaceful. Can't wait to visit again.
This was a very nice hotel, right on the beach and very close to the shopping area. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was very nice. We arrived early in the morning so since our room wasn't ready yet, they let us use a hospitality room to change. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
It's a great 4 star hotel. Room was big, kind of new and very clean. Wonderful view of the ocean and marina from all rooms. Very close to an ABC store, many places to eat, free shuttle, rent a car, etc. staff could be more friendly but overall a great experience.
Had a wonderful time at Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel with a very nice view of the diamond head, beach and lagoon. Close to the beach. We spent most of our time there and took a lot of pictures. My sons love their swimming pools. The hotel has everything you need and accessible to restaurants and shops.
My spouse & I had never been to Hawaii & we really enjoyed the trip! Everyone is so friendly & helpful. The hotel is right on the beach & have one really good restaurant connected to it. ( there are several but hubby has a gluten allergy so we're limited to where we can eat.) chucks steakhouse is in this hotel but it's overpriced & doesn't have any ambience. The only complaint we had was the bed was hard, very hard. We will go back! Just hope they get better beds.
Our plane arrived at 6 am and check in wasn't until 3:00. They did an early check in and got us in our room by 12:00. They stored our luggage until then and let us hang out by the pool and go to beach. They texted us when our room was ready. The front desk was friendly and helpful. They made sure we signed up for free hyatt loyalty program which saved us $75 off our bill for 50% off resort fees. The Expedia desk was great also! They helped us book our day trips and we're very knowledgable and friendly. The desk is well staffed and the line moves very quickly.
Our stay was very pleasant. everything went very smoothly. transportation was very accessible. the staff were always very welcoming and accommodating. Will sure plan to be back some time soon. our room was both diamond head and seaview it was really awesome! Thanks so much!
This hotel provides a great ocean view and is only about a block from the beach. The staff was very customer oriented and anxious to provide everything we needed. They had beach towels, beach mats, beach chairs and umbrellas. Courtesy room, courtesy luggage storage, waiting taxis. The included breakfast was a complete buffet, very nice. White robes in the room, have I missed anything ? Walking distance to many fine dining options. I can reccommend the Yardhouse.
The only negative thing I can think of is that the hotel is located on a small dead end street and is somewhat difficult to locate. Our shuttle driver let us off behind the hotel and we had to walk through another hotel to find the Waikii Parc. Just make sure your driver knows where he is going.
