"The hotel and staff were very accommodating. They were able to book us immediately after our Airbnb was canceled and they were understanding and empathetic towards our situation. It was reassuring to have that level of service during an emergency. The rooms we stayed in were comfortable and the food was delicious. "I have stayed here a few times over the last year on business trips. Friendly, clean and tidy and good value for money. The King and double bedrooms I have stayed in are spacious and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Nice touch that when they get to recognise you as a regular, a room upgrade is simply done as a nice gesture without asking - excellent customer service that puts the guest first. Happened at least three times fairly recently "
