She not only corrected any billing issues promptly but also made sure that I had all the towels, directions, and Hilton Honors Gold benefits I needed during my stay. The rooms at the hotel were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The hotel itself was spotless, reflecting a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, I was delighted to find ample parking available, making it convenient for guests. "Our room was very nice and well kept. The cleaning service each day was superb. Unfortunately, one of the two elevators to the hotel upper floors was out of service for our entire stay. This made it complicated to get to and from our room and the lobby which is on the 10th floor. Breakfast was excellent."
