I had a great one night stay with my family. Staff were kind and helpful. My only complaint was that the breakfast. It had the potential of being a lovely meal, but it 2 of 3 meals weren’t cooked properly. Overall I’d stay there again, I just wouldn’t plan to eat there.

The hotel was one of the best ones I’ve stayed at. It was super clean the staff kept up making sure rooms were taken care of. It had a lot of on site amenities including serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, a bar, it was all reasonably priced and pretty good. It was easy to get to and easy to get luggage in and out of the hotel. 100 percent I’d stay here again if I’m ever in charlotte again!

The room was clean. The airport shuttle driver didn’t allow us on the shuttle to transfer us to the hotel. He nice arriving to the hotel via taxi, staff were agreeable to reimburse us for the taxi drive. Still waiting for that to happen.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! I was warmly greeted by Girard upon entry and he made my stay feel extra special! The lobby was lovely, with complimentary infused water daily. The hotel restaurant had great wings and excellent cocktails! Next time we visit Charlotte, we will surely stay at a Sonesta again!
