Although our stay was almost perfect, one your staff members stole both of mine and my boyfriend's iPhone chargers. That was $100.00 loss to us. I don't believe I will ever stay at your hotel again because of this.
Checked in early, room was fresh, clean and more than we expected from previous reviews. We are very critical of hotel/motel rooms and this establishment had it going on. I mean, the whole hotel was very nice. Staff was pleasant. next morning continental breakfast was just enough.
Two separate desk clerks helped me out on the phone prior to my arrival. They were both so willing to help. When I arrived, the one desk clerk helped with my luggage up to my room. Plus, he printed out my boarding pass for the following morning's flight.
I was able to park my car in the lot and felt very safe.
This hotel was under remodel when I had stayed there three months prior. The staff then was equally helpful. The remodel looks terrific, and the room was clean and comfortable.
This is our second time to stay at this hotel. The staff are all friendly, the hotel is located in a good part of town and it's clean. The morning coffee is good, and the "on the run" breakfast hits the spot. Will be back if in Tampa again. Thanks extended stay staff.
It's been a long time since I received service at the level I received at the Tampa Hampton Inn Westshore. Off the chain service - from the shuttle driver to the front desk to the cleaning crew - these guys and gals were AWESOME!. So friendly, helpful, and downright genuine. I could not have been happier with my stay.
