"Property is nice. Location is close to a lot of things. Beds were extremely comfortable. Rugs in the hallway definitely need upgrading. Overall very nice stay."

"Ceiling on top floor where we were was falling down. Tarps up to catch water and debris. Room service failed to replace many items and each day had to call. They also don’t pick up phone so have to go through app or front desk and delays. "

"The Mint House was exceptional! Above my expectations. Virtual check in was flawless. I loved having a full kitchen and laundry. It is about a 8-10 minute walk to the conference center where I was attending meetings. I eventually started using a scooter bike and appreciated that there was a parking spot right out side the hotel! Pool was small but perfect for relaxing and had a lit of shaded area if you wanted to avoid the sun. I will look to book with kasa properties in the future! "

"Beautiful, clean, modern rooms. Restaurant on site was excellent and not too expensive. Free coffee here, not in room. 24 hour gym & pool. Front desk staff was exceptional! Loved it! Will return if I stay in Tampa again!"

"our room was a bit dirty, food from previous tenant was in the fridge, there was a loss of water and our toilet became very dirty, i went to desk asking for it to be cleaned and receive attitude, it was never cleaned."
